SMALL ANTI-LEGIONELLA FILTER

The filter is installed directly after the water pump and has a lifespan of over 180,000 liters. Maintenance is annual or as needed: simply backwash the internal fibers and it’s ready for use again.

After washing, the filter must be sanitized with a specific Acquatravel product, “SANITIZER HYGIENIZING”. The filter stops bacterial growth, which can form due to stagnant water or external contamination.

Water analyses after filtration, both as is and at a 10-fold dilution, show a significant drop in total bacterial counts and a complete elimination of bacterial typing. Regarding Legionella filtration, the analytical results demonstrate excellent filtration and water purification performance.

Warranty Service

 At the end of the first year of the warranty or if it becomes clogged, the filter can be uninstalled and backwashed but without being opened.

ATTENTION: DO NOT BREAK THE WARRANTY SEAL

This operation ensures that a good part of the dirt is eliminated and the filter returns to functioning correctly.

Once the backwash has been carried out, the filter and the system must be sanitised.

The customer must contact us via email at info@acquatravel.it and we will provide direct and guaranteed assistance:

• We will have the courier collect the filter;
• We will sanitize, clean, and disinfect it; we will have bacteriological tests performed by an accredited laboratory, which will be attached to the filter;
• We will send the filter back to the customer, guaranteeing it for another year.

After two years, the filter is NO longer under warranty, but if the customer participates in our initiative, reported above, the filter will be guaranteed for another year and the same for all future maintenance.

The service can be requested whenever maintenance is required, on average once a year if used in a camper, or when clogged, if the filter is used in other areas.
