CSB2 car battery charging device

Device for recharging the car battery, both from the solar panel and from the battery charger, via the service battery.
This device is installed near the batteries, thus avoiding having to carry the car battery cable to the regulator.
Recharges the car battery with a regulated current from 0.1A to 4A max, depending on the state of the batteries, giving priority to the service battery.
The green LED indicates that the car battery is being charged.
