Both from the photovoltaic module and from the battery charger, via the service battery. This device is suitable for operation with lithium service batteries and is installed near the batteries, thus avoiding having to run the car battery cable to the regulator. It recharges the car battery with a current regulated from 0.1A to 4A max, depending on the state of the batteries, giving priority to the service battery.

The green LED indicates that the car battery is charging.
